I was reviewing my credit card charges and noticed $4.95 being deducted from my account every month around the 10th. The company was UOL*NETZERO. I used to have net zero services, but have not used them for several months, and cancelled them in the appropriate manner. Went to thier web site and tried to contact them, but without success. Called the #'s they had for contacts, and again, without success. I have noticed several people on your website with complaints on this same company-what can we do? I hate to get a different credit card, but do not want to continue getting ripped off for this amount each month. I know $4.95 per month is not a great deal, but by the time they deduct it from thousands of credit cards, it does amount to ALOT of money!! Please help put a stop to this!!
