I paid for my items to be shipped in a crate from California to the Netherlands. Somewhere in transit the moving company removed my items from the crate. When my items were delivered, all of the loose items, luggage, and some of the boxes were missing.
The company does not deny removing my items from the crate. They just do not accept any of the responsibility for the lost items.
They have even refused to reimburse me the difference in price for shipping items loose vs the crate price ($615).

We are very sorry that some of you things were lost. This is extreemly rare. Normally we recomend customers to take out insurance to cover events like this. A $5000 coverage only costs $100 and would have covered you in case an unfortunate event like this happened. In light of the fact that you didnt have insurance coverage and you experiance with UPakWeShip was not up to your expectations, please email us a list of items and their values and we will refund you for these missing items. Once you receive your refund I would appreciate that you post here that we settled this the best way we could and that you are satisfied with the outcome.
