Updone.com / New York Sound LLC was a great company that I have dealt with many times. I don't know if they changed ownership or what but the company has gone down hill fast and hard.
I placed an order and never received my product, every attempt I have made to have my order shipped has failed. The employees have told me time after time that my order was going out today. They have said this day, after day, after day, and for many more days. They refuse to put me in touch with the owner. The people that work there have no apparent work ethics, or morals. the constant lies have forced me to begin filing a small claims suit.
I have also made a report with Better Business Bureau.
