UPrinting.com Unacceptable poor quality printing. No response to complaint. NY

I ordered business cards from Uprinting.com. The customer service before I put in the order was great. However, the quality of the products turned out to be simply unacceptable: all the business cards have frayed edges, and there are scatches and white dots all over them. These business cards look awful, and I'd be very embarassed to give them to anyone. I contacted the company about the issue, now the once all responsive customer service never even deigned to get back to me. Which leaves me the only option to toss these cards in the garbage and never do business with UPrinting.com again. What a terrible experience.
