Good morning:
Could not find any more appropriate topic than this.   ECAB is not appropriate because it was not Yum Brands that stole my friend's money.   It was an outfit that "identifies" itself as rewardsuite.com   or myrewardsuite.com.  Was looking for Fraud or Theft or piracy or illegal activiites or unauthorized deduction from emplyee's pay as a topic.   Don't know what executive order 11246 is.
   You will not believe this one.  My friend works for Yum Brands.  She was told she would get an award for 5 years of service, as is standard.  rewardsuite  had no business with her SS number, but somehow got it.   rewardsuite stole, seized, pirated $40.59 out of her pay!!!   Been trying to get back since Feb, '13:  still trying to get her money back.   There has to be a substantial penalty for this!  Can't find the rinky-dink company's address, phone, e-mail address, fax # - nothing.   bbb.org has nothing on record.    On the rewardsuite website, they only list two patent numbers.  One of them is:  4009412.   when you type in "contact us",  only offers for Target { closed }, airlines, cruises and rides on balloons.
   Nowadays, it is so bad, you have to make sure you are not going to be scammed and bilked if you earned a reward;  a reward promised to be of no expense to the employee. 
   The seizure was $40.59.   Because my friend was having the same proportion of taxes wittheld;  the same amt of health insur withheld, I am asking that you increase the monetary penalty on this vile, surreptitious, piracy, CRIMINAL group;  boiler room; clique ir what ever they are.  I ask that this abominable, CRIMINAL, heinous persons or group give us 30000 for the mental stress.   Thank you for your prompt attention.
