ATTENTION UPS SHAREHOLDERS, UPS INVESTMENTS,  STOCK HOLDERS, UPS INVESTMENT ADVISORS, UPS STRATEGIC ENTERPRISE FUND- UPS HEDGE FUND-

  While you may think this is just another disgruntled client trying to get even. It’s truly more than that. You are a shareholder that believes in a company that provides-service-value-respect-commitment and return. Let’s be honest anyone today can go on and post and it impossible to please all people. That said this is not the case of UPS it isn’t about trying to please one person or making a mistake here and there. This is about the disgraceful disrespect and concern to serve a customer. There phones are all routed off-shore your call goes to some poor sole in a country far away attached to headset you can barely hear what it is they are saying let alone communicate clearly.  However it's even beyond that. ..... Call any of their corporate offices from shareholder to HR and this is the epitome of voicemail jail.

As a consumer that spent $2000 with a company that actually provided a great product and great service, it is the ill care complete lack of respect to time and commitment UPS has now force me to send back that shipment as UPS did not deliver all that was sent. So now this other company lost $2000 and I have lost time and energy as to what was ordered.    After numerous calls waiting for what was promised. A return phone call I can clearly attest that this is company not only out of touch with their customers but their own staff. No one has proper access to computerization to communicate track and just offer an honest approach in taking control of something lost or misplaced. If you’r an investor reading this please do your own homework go online read the reviews from facebook hate pages to GOOGLE reviews to Trustpilot name it.  

The reviews don’t lie and they all point in the same direction. Even when writing to a corporate office at the CEO level, this person David Abney couldn’t get off his_______s to have the courtesy to respond ONCE to an e-mail even with basic automation. “Hello your e-mail has been received one our staff will be in touch” NOTHING. FLAT OUT IGNORED ON ALL ATTEMPTS.   So if you're stupid enough to be investing in this company that has a reputation that goes beyond profane description you must be drunk deaf or blind. To think this person is going to get  bonus with YOUR investment as to how this company is run should be an insult and slap in the face to ANYONE STUPID ENOUGH to buy into this company. UPS is the most disgraceful company as to how it conducts themselves in communicating with their customer.

There’s simple no excuse. No American company today can afford to operate this way and if you care about your investments, might this article suggest you sell your shares take the money and run. And please share this article with friends and family and everyone thats connected to to Nasdaq.   Mr. Abney doesn’t understand customer care, common sense and the ability to engage. So as you can see he’s done an excellent job in training his staff to follow up as he does. This is the CEO of UPS that has gotten too fat for his job to lower himself in reaching out and making someone feel heard or looked after. Rest assured we went out of our way to contact some people in logistics at Amazon and e-bay alongside of the company we used. And if you know anyone in logistics please share this article. If you're an online company go with purolator or Fedex or anyone else that won't leave you hanging. It's easy to say "They're all bad" But no one doest it badder than UPS. Maybe after they spend 2M to clean up their online reputation when it starts resonating on the good ol bottom line i.e- shareholders are running.... I know I am and so should you.
