UpscaleFashions.com Upscalefashions, UpscaleFashions.com Scam, terrible customer service, never received item Georgia

February 4th I purchased an item from Instagram @DopeUrbanWear_ who helped start @UpscaleFashions. February 26nd I inquired about my item through e-mail and I did not recieve a response. UpscaleFashions continued to post their merchandise then I went to the IG and posted an item inquring about the item. They told me to direct message them, and so I did. When I direct messaged them they told me that they got scammed through a vendor and were going through another vendor and asked me to attach my item number and they would get back to me. 

March 22nd I asked about my order again through e-mail and didnt get a response. Yesterday April 9th I contacted them and direct message them to get their attention and even commented on their post to get their attention and I recieved no follow-up e-mail but they acted as if I was harassing them but they took my money. They began to get upset and then gave me the following disrespectful and rude comments. I will be disputing the issue with my bank but I want others to know about their terrible customer service and the fact that i have yet to STILL recieve merchandise.
