Elements Restoration located at 2802 North Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33607 is the worst company we have worked for. They don't pay their subcontractors. They don't answer phone calls. When you call the accounting department......expect their voicemail. They don't answer if you want to get paid, once job is completed. This company is a FRAUD! Subcontractors stay away from Trey Payne! Subcontractors stay away from Colin O'Keffee !
