upside card holders Upside debit card upside has frozen my account and has refused to let me speak to a supervisor...so that i can get my account unfrozen new york New York

 I called my upside account to check the balance only to find out that my account had been frozen. Upside claim that there had been a fraudulent charge and this charge was made in atlanta and i live in indiana. The costmer service rep was very disrespectful she began to say that some one swipe the card three time at a hotel, i explained that i have the only card to this account and that i was not in atlanta need less to say the would be thieves didnt get any money. Upside will not release my money only if i pay for a new card cause this one has been frozen they say it will take 7 to 10 days so i asked for something more reasonable

she offered a 3 to 5 day process fir a charge of 30.00 because they chose to freeze my account now i cant get to my money my dads funeral is today at 11 n all my work money is frozen on this card. upside never contacted me bout the fraudulent charges that they claim some one tried to make....i was hung up on several times they even stop answering the phones never let me speak to a supervisor...no one will give up the corporate office number...once i get my money off this card i will never deal with this company...this problem promt me to do some research and i found that several complaints have been made against this company for the exact same thing....i will let everyone that i know who deal with this company not to deal with them as they are running a scam.....
