I am a home owner involved with the scandle with the five largest mortgage servicers in the U.S. who just reached a over a billion dollar settlement judgement with the Federal government. Back in June 2012 my alleged mortgage servicer attempted to foreclose on my property. I hired Upside Down Solutions at that time to get a mortgage audit done for my mortgage.

This is a warning to anybody who pays for legal documents from anyone, If the documents are not signed under penalty of perjury with a stamped notary seal then they are false document created by a scammer. That is what Upside Down Solutions tried to do to me. They also tried to con me into doing a loan modification while stalling on me to give me the legal mortgage audit that I paid $2500.00 for.The mortgage audit will prove which bank has a legal right to do a loan modification with you among other clarifications.

I spoke over the phone with James H. Burnett to get my audit,who was very deceiving and rude. I tried for weeks to get  the legal mortgage audit from them and finally filed a small claims case against Upside Down Solutions, LLC, naming James H. Burnett (registered agent) as a defendent. They were so guilty I believe they purposely defaulted on answering the lawsuit and did not even show up for the court hearing. Also I was told that in between me filing the lawsuit and winning the lawsuit  they have changed their name to Upside Down Audits. Just what a scammer does to avoid thier liabilities.
