I have been providing Lawn Maintenance Services maintaining their rental propertys for almost three years providing consistant on time service.  They were always slow with payment but had earned my trust by eventually finally paying but always 30-60 days late.  Summer 2016 the hottest and hardest time of the year for this type of work the payments continued to be late and longer in receiving and they even put a stop payment on services which they claim was over payment but was payment for services provided causing a problem with my account balance and payments to my creditors.  I did finally receive payment but again very late.  I realized thru my experience that this was not a good sign for future payments and to not extend services up front more than 60 days.  After many phone calls to inquire I was told by Angie Espinoza and accounting that the check was pending and asked to do additional properties which were not properties that I had maintained with city code violations caused by high growth from non service.  At this time I realized this was a red flag and to not extend my services for fear of non payment and working for free.  I received a email from Angie Espinoza asking why the properties were not being maintained and again I requested back payments for those properties and was told that if I want my services could be terminated.  I have not been paid for past services and now plan a lawsuit for unpaid services.  If you plan to do service work for this company I would be very cautious and not to over extend services.
