Upstate Management Services LLC Got several calls, including family members, stating were going to serve papers and if called could keep it from going to court.. Wanted to settle before got papers with option of 3 $276 payments for Buffalo, New York

Received calls from 5/18 to 6/12/2012 stating were going to serve papers - even told another person that since they knew my name it was considered served and they would then take legal action.   Finally called back there number 855-282-2529 to be told that to keep papers from being served would need to settle for a debt "right now" -- debt was not familiar to me specifically.  Ultimately wanted $500 right now or 3 payments of $276.00      Provided debit card information - then canceled the card once realized it was a scam.    They did get $276.00 which is in dispute.   Want to stop these people before they get someone else -- concern is that they had so much information about me.
