Uptempoair.com - Steve Leugers Took the money, did not send shoes. Won't return calls or email. North Royalton Ohio

I simply ordered a pair of shoes on the site www.uptempoair.com. The site is loaded with claims of "money back guarantees", "authenticity", etc. Payment was sent through PayPal.

After about 3-4 weeks without receiving the item, I started leaving intermittent messages and emails looking for status of my item. I received an order number via email after placing my order, but have not received any response to any of my attempts at contacting. It has now been almost 4 months, and still no shoes, no responses and no resolution. When I try to look up the status of my order on the site, it shows that payment was sent, but that nothing has been delivered, nor is anything scheduled to be delivered.

I tried to file a report on PayPal, but they cannot help since the dispute is over 30 days. If I had only used my credit card, I would have had full protection.
