Ansering a local ad for a pug puppy, the person stated that she had moved to Oklahoma but would be willing to send the pug by courier. The courier...UPXcourier agency sent the requirements for payment via Western Union. Promised the puppy would be immediately placed on flight as soon as payment was confirmed.

Instead of shipping the puppy, they said it had been quarunteened and needed more money for travel insurance. That this was a new change that just happened, and that is why they did not tell me about it before. They said they would refund the insurance amount as soon as the puppy was delivered.

They recieved the second payment and confirmed that the puppy would be delivered at 10:00 pm that evening. They never showed up and have not responded to email, phone, or text.
