He not only took all of the money he went ahead to racially assault his widowed spouse. This is especially disturbing since he claims to work with urban artists. New York Internet

 Scott McDowell aka elevated Scott has scammed more people since this was posted and is now going by Scott Edwards.

To address everything you just said:

1. we know the owners of the venue. You did not pay 1000.00 for the venue. Lie #1 if need be we will have Owner of venue verify
2. you did not pay bartenders, first of all there was one bartender not 2 Lie #2 we will have owner of venue verify if need be
3. you did not pay a dj, there was no DJ you hooked up a laptop and let it play all night. I personally have video of this. Lie #3
4. We never received any printed invites. If you are talking about the scam you pulled with two flyers thats fine. Since as you said it was not a "benefit show" our friends and family that bought tickets to Support PJ's Family should not have to pay for the promotion of your brand. We all used a code when we purchased tickets with eventbrite. This is all documented. My attorney has been in touch with eventbrite and we will be issuing a subpeona for your sales for April 19th 2015. Again we are not making claims that are untrue we will have written proof. Lie#4.
5. You did not pay security gaurds. Lie #5
6. As we expressed earlier we know the venue owners. Something I am sure you did not think of. Would you like me to get into your Bar Deal??
7. Street team had nothing to do with us. All of our sales were done online. Unfortunately for you the internet does not forget. Plus our friends and family made up the whole crowd. You had maybe 8 people there that were not there for PJ. Lie#6
8. You claimed you had a video production done. Yes you did but it was not for PJ he was mentioned for 3 seconds the rest of it was you posing and pushing you lame Brand. We should not have to pay for your self promotion. lie#7
9. You make mention of an expense sheet and your "track record" You are a racist, a sexist, and a scam artist. The Ku Klux Klan has a website claiming that they are not  hate group. Your website is administered by you and full of lies.You can also make a spread sheet saying you speant 1 million dollars it is pointless. I know you didn't spend the money you claim to have spent a nd so do you. You are going to have bigger problems to deal with. So dont waste your time doctoring one up.
10. You have no business working in the urban community, since you are a racist. you had the audacity to tell PJ's widow... and I quote "Your needs come before her or her kids" and "She should go on welfare like the rest of the sp*cs". We have screenshots of all the conversations you had with her. I would post them here but Ripoff report will not allow curses and racial comments. 11. We are also getting in touch with ALL of the people you have wronged. There is power in numbers.
12. Also do not contact PJ's sisters, Widow or family privately if you have anything to say it should be done here as a public record.

In closing Scott, we are smarter then you, we have more money then you, and we are going to stop the cancer that you spread  just by you being in this world. As an added note I would tread lightly. We are still undecided if we are going to have you arrested or just sue you. We are actually looking into your criminal record as well. Moving to Denver is not going make this go away. I expected you to respond this way. Your track record of being a racist and a thief is clearly published online you just need to look a little closer, Not just your fake website. The Ku Klux Klan has a website that they administer making it look like they are a community group. For the record. My attorney has already contacted eventbrite, your sales are being subpeonaed. Scott you had no staff there AT ALL, you asked our family members to do the door and even had one of us bring you a hammer to hang PJ's work while asking him to drive you to the venue, and bring your other artwork back to Brooklyn! As we can back up every claim we have made, all you can do is provide a doctored up spreadsheet. I am not even going to ge into how you told this dead mans widow... and i quote" my needs come before yours" and "You need to read the fine print... just go on welfare like every other Sp*c". I wanted to respond to this and set the record stright cause my track record certainly speaks for itself. My entire portfolio with past press and features can be seen @ www.itsmyurls.com/elevatedscott. Bottom line in this claim is that I was approaced by PJ prior to him passing away that he wanted to work with me and i acutally sold THREE of his paintings and his wife recieved 100% of the money from the sales of all three paintings prior to the event took place. Suddeny PJ passed away so I decided to turn the event in a fund raiser for PJ and offer his family 50% of PROFITS not the overall GROSS event profits cause it cost money to put these events together. For instance the venue cost $1,000 rental, flyers $300, Street team marketing $100, Bar Staff/Security $400, DJ $250, Photographer/Video $250 do the math thats about $2300 so much more than $1000 raised in ticket sales.I will be happy to provide a line sheet with all vendors and screen shot the box office sales they do not show any profits acutally this event cost me about $500 to produce so I did not make any profits. If everyone learned to read things clearly I stated I would donate 50% of profits to PJ's family but there was no profits so how can I give them anything? Nonetheless I challange anyone to view my past event videos below and tell me the Urban Arts Show does not stand for the authentic culture. I offered to give PJ's wife a couple hundred dollars when I had the extra money out of the kindness of my heart but I was in the process of moving and she started bagering me and insulted me and acusing me of stealing money after I offered to show her box offce sales sheet and the line sheet on how much the event made and cost to produce.
