Urbanq.com owes me over $700 in rebates! I am owed 18 seperate checks. It has been over 10 months since their website stated that my checks had been mailed to me.

I have contacted their customer service department via e-mail on numerous times, but all I get is the run around.

I was told nearly a year ago that the situation would be resolved, and that the problem was due to a check printing problem, but nothing has happened.

They do not even send a reply to my e-mails anymore.
