Urgent Care Extra unethical, illegal, las vegas Nevada

I recently had an issue with my back.  I moved right by this Urgent Care Extra location.  I normally go to a different Urgent Care in another area.  I know that my co-pay is 0-50 dollars.  I was charged the full amount of the visit ($125)  They took my insurance Id and did not run it.  I called the insurance representative and was told that it is illegal for them to take my insurance card, scan it and not run my insurance per their contract.  A co-worker of mine has gone there and only had to pay the co-pay.  I did not have any special tests or anything done, and I have one of the best insurance plans in the country.  I spoke to other people who had the same issue - they were being charged $150 and had to argue with the staff at the desk and finally they only charged him the copay.  If you read the yelp reviews of their buisness, other people have had this same problem.  Even worse, they will say you are covered and then send you a bill months later.  I immediately called their billing department and left a very detailed message and had no response.
