Urthbox Rip off diet scam Online Internet

 I ordered a large urthbox which was advertised at 15.00. This was supposed to be called my March box which I received in April. I waited thirty days to get my box and I called twice to see what was taking so long and I got different explainations each time. One lady said it takes time to put together the other lady said they don't ship boxes until the fifteenth of the month which didn't explain why my box was taking 30-35 days to arrive. The customer service people were rude condescending and had very thick accents. When I received my box I got expired craving crusher protein shakes and wet snacks. These dried apple snack were wet and mushy. There was also these Fiber gourmet thinables that were wet and mushy. (The apple snacks were apple 2 the core) and they other snacks were packed with calories and I didn't even want to try them since I have a bad case of diarrhea now for about a week. When I called the company about the expired foul smelling craving protein drink they said that the garçinia camobgia in the drink gives it a strong taste and I asked them why the bottles says great taste on it? They also said that the drink was good for about four years after the expired date and I told them how it contains milk and that milk is not good for four years!? I told the lady how it smelled and made me sick and she said she " did not know what to tell me", and I said " I want to talk to a manager" she said " there is no one to talk to " I said " I have the right to speak to a manager" her name was a foreign name Karina and she refused to give me an ID or badge number and eventually hung up on me refusing me a refund. A manager called me at night time the next day who was also foreign saying she could not refund me and I said these snacks , are disgusting and their company is disgusting and I wanted a refund! She said she couldn't give me a refund I said I filed a disputed with my credit card company and that I am getting my money back and I hung up on her. Mind you, this company's motto is about healthy vegan friendly diet snacks
