Do not use this company, this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Lisa the head person in charge has NO customer service skills at all! In my serch for a company I recieved lots of quotes and theirs seem to be the best, boy was I wrong and to my amzement I was told by another company not to use this one because they use to be located next to us-1 vanelines because they were horrible. I did not listen, I thought they were just trashing another moving company. I was quoted one price and when I recieved the bill it was about 1300.00 more than I expected, then when they dropped my belonging to my new home after being in storage at their facility the young man in charge was so rude also told me I was being charged from 8:30 am they did not reach my home until noon, and I had to pay for 6 1/2 hours upfront, it took them 1 hour to unload my belongings. I had to make sure they were working. This was a nightmare, they gave us a discount upfront and took it back because I was upset about the price being different, also I was promised 1 month of free storage, Lisa took that back as well! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You have been warned.
