US 27 MOTORSPORTS I have purchased a new 2013 xf 800 cross tour from us 27 motorsports in late January this year. After I had it out for just over 500 miles it began to make a clang sounds so I put it on the trailer and went to the dealer I informed them that the snowmobile was making a difference sound and I wanted them to check it out and do the first PM.on the sled. at that time I informed the desk clerk that I was going to sault saint marie and didn't want to have a problem. so I left my sled well they called me and told me that it was ready. Ok I go to get my sled and they don't know where it is I'm told to wait in my truck and they would find and bring it to me so here I am sitting in my truck for 1/2hour finely I go in and find no one so I go out back and find my trailer just outside of the work bay with no one around and it looked like my sled had not moved. I was a little hesitate to believe that they had even did anything so I went back in until I found some one and asked if they actually had done anything to my sled. I was asured that everything was fine. When I got up to sault saint marie my sled still made that same sound so I thought it was normal until I was 30 miles from anything and the speedometer started to go haywire and make noise and the clank noise got worse. well of course I shut it down looked it over could not really see anything. I went to start back up and it would not start so I went to pull start the sled and the cord came out nothing there appears to have all come apart even though I just paid 257 dollars to have it checked out. well I will skip the getting back to the motel. let us get to the real issue here. I was a bit pissed off buy now. so I drove all the way there in white out conditions 2 days early and when I talked to the manager and explained to him how frustrated I was with them he tried to joke about it and it pissed me off and when I tried to tell him that I didn't believe that they ever even looked at my sled and that it left me stranded miles from anything he got in my face and threw m St. Johns Michigan
