USAGENCIES Management Services ,Inc on behalf of Affirmative Insurance Company.... On 01-01-2011 my car was struck by their client,..I was parked in an almost empty parking lot.....She had her car loaded full of boxes,and was backing out and hit my front end... The cost ended up being over $2800.00 hundred dollars...My car is a 2008 Kia, 32000 miles when it was struck....Now they paid to have the car fixed..They sent me a check thru the mail that had "1196.00" dollars...And had "full and final payment" which was a trick ,because if i had cashed the check,before having my car repaired at the body shop ,i would been out of luck...Now we get to the "NITTY GRITTY" of my complaint...MY car was never in an accident until their cleint struck me ...Which caused my car to lose its preaccident value..Which is called "DIMINSHED VALUE" THEY made me a low ball offer at first,but i declined their offer....I sent them I faxed at first,they claimed they didnt recieved my first faxed which costed $6.00 dollars to send,so I went back to the store the lady told me i was the first person ever in her store,to come back..,she sent it for free again..THEY SEND faxes all over the world..I dont think they ever intented on paying me just giving me the run around...
