You, like many other stubborn people that seem to be on meds, have rambled about an incident that you say you want to forget, and such, and your original post made absolutely no sense.

1. I'm sorry something bad happened to you.

2. A PhD should never have been giving you a physical. You tried to call others out on USAF medical knowledge, well I am an ACTIVE member. An MD should have handled a physical. If a PhD was doing it this should waive red flags everywhere.

3. In one of your most recent rebuttals you basically said that it should happen to the family of one of the other posters. You just made yourself almost as bad as the person actually committing the act.

4. No one is denying your claims but you REFUSE to slow down breathe and actually explain your situation. You honestly sound like a loon and no one will fully believe you until you begin talking in full coherent sentences.

5. Yes people, including me, are going to stand up to you! You called out SPs and the USAF. Both fields I am in and am extremely proud of. So I would personally apperciate you not slinging such insults and accusations without being ready to back it up with proof. I am the VICTIM reporting this complaint. I was a former Military wife that volunteered 40 hours a week to the Legal Office and the Security Police on Guam for a year. The Commander selected me for the Volunteer of the Year during 1992. Ifve experienced the Commander failing to disclose information to Officers and their families. Ifve volunteered my time with MSgt Peterson, in Reports and Analysis. During the time that I volunteered; the blotter was incorrect everyday. All Commanders in each Squadron and the Commander of the base were withheld in the blotter for incidents that took place. I have known so many incidents on that base that has been a BIG HUSH, failing to disclose and protect the Officer and family. The only thing that the Commander of the base did was deport these Officerfs, knowing each incident is needed to keep cover for his/their Title. I was victimized by a PhD, my records disappeared and the PhD was transferred two weeks later. Not the Clinic Commander or the Base Commander took the time to confront me for an apology. Letfs not let this happen to our family.

I understand you Dolores, I was 7 1/2 months pregnant with problems. I had not felt my baby move for a time went to the OB/GYN Clinic at Fort Hood, doctor told me the baby's back was to the wall that is why do heart beat. Left the hospital, four days later, I was white as snow (I am a black woman)and sick as could be went back to the hospital where my still born daughter was delivered. An autopsy was done, they check to see if I did anything wrong, then discovered my baby had been dead for some time she had started to decompose in me causing blood problems with me, I then was hospitalized My husband and I were young so my mom start seeking legal help, EVERY lawyer wanted my case until they found out it dealt with a military doctor. That doctor was the chief of that clinic during that time and withing one week the ARMY transferred this so call doctor. It should be against the law to allow incompetent doctors to work on humans. Found out Military doctors do not have to be liscence in the state they are in. All I could do is file a medical complaint.
Right to this day EVERYONE needs to be extra careful when dealing with these military doctors. No the Army is hurting for doctors and they are hiring those who demonstrates the same unporfessionalism I recieved 15 years ago. So Dolores I understand.

This is the truth that took place and the Base Commander transferred the PhD in two weeks. 2. My policy with USAA is another story being ripped off.; I have full coverage. I am on disability and MedPay should be paying my medical bills; not yet have these been paid. As stated in my coverage, I should be receiving loss wages from the Insurance Company. How long does it take to respond, I pay my insurance monthly to them, but they oversee what they owe me. How can I pay them if they can not offer the policy I have with them for over 10 years? USAA is being sued in reference to MedPay and I'm now being taken to collection agencies because of them. Whose fault is this? This should not be my problem; I'm fully covered with USAA. Can you help me here proceeding to both and also more not mentioned? You have posted before about this. You still make no sense. I will go sloooooowly for you this time. WHAT---DOES---HAVING---A---PhD---HAVE---TO---DO---WITH---ANYTHING? A PhD is a Doctorate degree, NOT a medical Doctor. You claim you cannot work because of something this "PhD" did to you during a physical. Explain. Did he chop off your leg? What does USAA have to do with it. They sell insurance. If anything criminal took place, the military would have prosecuted the offender, and you would be able to get civil damages. None of this occurred, as is evident by years of getting nowhere with your complaint, so I get the impression nothing actually happened. If there is even a hint of wrongdoing, the military will pounce on the offender with all due prejudice and prosecute them.
