US Air Solutions Terrible customer service, missed appointments, no reply, waste of money and time Richmond Nationwide

 I purchased an Amazon local deal for $49 for a Full HVAC System Air-duct cleaning.  I made the first appointment for a weekday between 3-5pm.  My husband took off work to be home by 3pm.  Around 5:30pm, we received a phone call from the technician asking if he could come after 6pm.  We said that was fine.  Around 6:30pm, he called back to say his vacuum was broken and we had to reschedule. 

We rescheduled the appointment for last night between 3-5pm.  Again, my husband left work early to be home by 3pm.  At 4:45pm, I starting calling the US Air Solutions office since we had not heard from anyone.  I left 3 voicemails before someone called me back.  She said she would call the technician and have him call me back within 20 minutes.  No one ever called back and no one showed up.  That was 2 separate appointments that US Air Solutions did not show up for. 

I'm assuming that because I purchased the Amazon local deal that I recieved sub-par service, as I cannot imagine this is how they treat their regular customers.  I have already reached out to Amazon for a refund of the $49, since there is no way I am going to try to schedule a 3rd appointment with this company.  I highly recommend using another vent cleaning service that is actually dependable and reliable.
