I called US Auto Credit, thinking that I would be approved for a car loan. They guarntee "everyone is approved - zero down - regardless of credit." I called the number, and gave my information. They contacted me the following day to let me know what dealership I had to go through. I contacted the dealership, and gave my information for my credit. The following day, I was told that I either needed to come up with 20% down or a co-signer. I asked the guy from the dealership why the commercial says what it says then if it isn't the truth. He said that the commercial is very mis-leading, and that they in fact have talked to US Auto Credit about it. In the fine print on the commercial - and only on the commercial - it's not on the website or anything! The fine print says that you may only be approved for 80% of the loan, and I would have to come up with 20%. That doesn't sound like zero down to me! The only place this fine print is on the commercial.

I called US Auto Credit, and found out that there isn't even a customer service line to call and put in a complaint.

Beware! This company is very mis-leading and the dealership even agrees about that. This company is a joke and a waste of time. I now have an auto loan ding on my credit, and nothing from it!
