I understand that when people sell cars they don't always know what kind of problems the car may have. But when I was interested in the car, I asked about the oil leak on the pictures and Alex Burs stated that many dealers take pictures of cars in that area. Alex Burs also stated that the car didn't have any problems other that a dirty air filter that should probably be replaced.

I feel that since I was purchasing a car out of state, Alex Burs took advantage of that situation to sell a car that was significantly different than what he claimed. I put my trust in Alex Burs since he said he was the Sales Manager and I thought that he had some integrity. I just can't believe that he would sell a car in that kind of condition to an individual for $5000 without thinking about it.

This is the only car that I have now and it is already in the car service shop. When I finally got it and turned it on, it had the service engine light on, low tire pressure light on, bald tires, rear lights bulbs out, power steering pump damaged, black oil filled to the top flowing over. The dealer ran a diagnostic check which already costed me $100 only to find out that I might have a defective Internal computer Module which is $2000 to replace. The service guy told me to drive the car for a 100 miles to see if the check engine light turns back on. It turned back on not even a mile after I left the shop. This is not even including all of the other things that were defective when I took it for Inspection.

I have a $5000 lemon sitting in my driveway plus what I paid to get the car shipped to my address. I am really disappointed in the kind of service Alex Burs and US Auto LTD  have provided and the deception that they have demonstrated in the sale of this car.

What kind of person are you that cruises sites like this which are designed to help others not get ripped off and then try to berate them because they were unfortunate victims?  Do you not have anything better to do?  This is very sad and if you are not connected to the issues drawn here then maybe you have no rights to post here.

I Shake My Head!

AUTHOR: Jim - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, October 02, 2015

You live in a populated market.  There are NO car dealers there???  Please tell us the COMMON SENSE behind the following:

1.  You send off your money to somebody you don't know.

2.  Knowing full well the problems people have had in buying a used car, you move forward and buy a used car YOU'VE NEVER seen!

3.  You buy a used car YOU'VE NEVER test driven!

4.  You buy a used car YOU'VE NEVER checked for fit/finnish, body damage or glass damage!

5.  You buy a used car upon which YOU'VE NEVER heard the engine run!

6.  You buy a used car upon which YOU'VE NEVER checked for proper operation of all accessories!

7.  You buy a used car YOU'VE NEVER checked for fluids or fluid leakage!

8.  You buy a used car YOU'VE NEVER checked for internal damage such as upholstery!

What you did do is buy a used car based on a person's voice, e-mail exchanges and pictures!

Absolutely incredible.  Then you come here and cry and whine because you got screwed in the deal...which would NOT have happened if you would have used COMMON SENSE in the first place!
