My Name is jesse ive been dealing with this company for four years when payments are due you can allways get ahold of someone my husband and i paid 7k to finish paying off the car a 2008 mercury sable we were told that we would recieve the title in 2 weeks , its been over a month now and when we call we get directed to a bunch of numbers that goes to a voicemail or get told the person we need to speak to is not thier all i want is my title ive been paying 400.00 a week for a rental because i cant register my car without the title this is a mess no one deal with them they take your money and after that thiers no customer service or help i will never buy a car from them again and please help me by not taking your tax dollars thier
