Have you ever wondered what happens if the ATM does not give you all your money? I pressed 40.00 fast cash and 20.00 came out sideways. Emeidiatly turned to the bank cashier and said what had happened. She gave me a Ph. # for Atm diputes . I phoned and was topld taht ot would be fixed by the following Monday. Threee weeks later I phoned and they had declined the claim and not even told me. They supposedly reopened the claim and three weeks later I had to contact them again to which they said I was out of luck. --------------- NOTE ----- There five star guarantee specifically states that they will satisfy your transaction. They openly admit that they will not honor that guaranty and have not honored it for years. They advertise openly that they have a five star guarantee which is a violation of the fare trade commission act. ------ Seeking other individuals who have had similar ex who would like to be part of a class action lawsuit. I need people and a good attorney .

Judging by your hideous ability to spell simple words, you probably can't even operate an ATM, so this is most likely your fault anyway.

Oh, sorry.. Let me state it this way so you can understand it...

Judjing buy yer hideeus ubility 2 spel simpul werds, u prbly cant eevun opirate un ATM, so dis is mowst liklee yer folt aneeway.

5 Star thing.

You're talking about the $5 service guarantee. Yeah, they haven't done that in a few years. From what they were telling me, people were abusing the heck out of that policy; that's why they ended it. I'm not saying that you were doing that, but I can see that happening.  The "Five Star Service Guaranteed" thing is just a slogan. It's not referencing the $5 thing.

As for your $20, yeah, that sucks. Sometimes those dispute records come back from their ATM vendor saying that the ATM was functioning properly. I don't know what you can do after that except for take it up the ladder.
