I was gifting my vehicle to my brother in Canada. I was told by thier representative Ashley the fee would be $2395.00 I asked her is their any other fees her answer was no. A contract was emailed to me 2 months later.  I called Ashley and asked again are their any other fees. Her answer was no.  I asked her again, the vechile will be picked up at my home & delivered to my brother in Canada at his home. Her answer was yes.  I gave her my credit card information.  The next day I received an email from an Importing Comapny stating the fees for the make & model of my vehilce came to over $4000.00.  That was not including the $2395.00 to the shipping company.

I contacted Ashley and asked her the next day how much is the cost to ship my vehicle door to door, Again she said $2395.00.  That's when I said to her you are deceiving me with the information your telling me.

With that she said to get out of the contract I have to pay $200.00. I said to her I have to pay your company $200.00 for deceiving me.

The shipping company contacted my credit card server & deducted 200.00 from my credit card. I called my credit card company & they told me they deducted the $200.00.  I let the credit comapny know what has transpired.  They called the shipping company & asked for Ashley.  They said she wasn't their.  I called the shipping company & asked for Ashley & she got on the phone.  When I found out that they called the credit card company. Again I called them and spoke to a man named Issac he was rude & said I cancelled the contract & their is a charge.  No service was issued.  This company is a scam.  They make you believe your paying one price.  Meanwhile their are all these hidden fees.  I was not shipping a car for $7000.00. I also found after they had my credit card information that in order for a vehicle to be brought into Canada their were many steps & fees. Plus if your not a citizen of Canada your vehicle has to come out of the country every 6 months.

If your planning to ship your car to another country do not use this shipping company.  They deceive &  make their money when you find out the real story and charge a fee.
