US Cash Net SCAM Internet

I had the exact same experience with this where I looked into getting a payday loan on the internet.  I ultimately decided that it just wasn't for me and I cancelled the entire thing. 

Now I receive calls on my cell phone and they continue to call me at work and harrass me stating I have been named in a lawsuit and that now have a warrant for my arrest.  They have even gone as far as asking to speak to my supervisor!

I was provided a fake case number and given a fake name to call back at a fake number.  I am very fluent with the justice system and I know that I do not have a warrant out for my arrest nor is this even an actual case.  When I specifically ask for proof and demand why I have not yet received any information in the mail from the court, they simply say thank you and hang up. 

How is it possible that companies are allowed to do this?
