Taken advatage off since being from another state. Company started with a misleading website with a fictitious fleet of vehicles. We were ignored costantly and charged for electronic communication (email is free). The bus was old from a tour company. The bus was dirty, not mechanically sound, a smell of urine, no requested amenities, uncomfortable. Not what we requested.
