We noticed a $9.99 fee attached to our AT&T phone line from ILD Telesis, Inc. in connection with US Credit Find, Inc. ILD informed me the charges were allegedly authorized via the internet, however we have never consulted any companies with respect to credit counseling and/or repair.
To remove/discontinue the charges, be sure to call BOTH companies as follows: ILD (800) 433-4518 and US Credit Find (888) 579-4910. ILD is a 3rd Party Billing Company, and US Credit Find is one of many organizations they represent.
There is no need to cancel your local phone service.
NOTE: US Credit Find has an automated system for individuals wishing to cancel their service and will provide you with a confirmation number for your records.
If the charges continue, contact your local phone carrier for a statement credit and provide them the date/time and confirmation number you received from US Credit Find, Inc.
Good Luck and carefully review your monthly credit card and phone statements!
