I was screwed by US CreditCom. Everyday US CreditCom was called my house about a unsecured credit card that they promised me I would get within 30 days for the purchased of $149.00. After 30 days I never receive that unsecured credit card and wrote a letter demand my money back.

Well it is going on 5 months as of January 29,2003 and never receive a penny from US Credit Com. I called numerous of time wanted to know went I'm going to get my money back. the number 877-873-7334 is disconnected, and the other number list 702-320-3777 only ring.

I wrote letter to US CreditCom asking for my refund and no responded. Please if there is a class action suite please count me in.
