US DATA CORPORATION Deceptive Marketing Internet

I have worked with US Data Corporation for almost two years now, with Ross Haley specifically, and we have seen nothing but great conversions and great customer service.  Ross, and US Data, have a way of making you feel as if you are their only client and treat each of our orders in a very professional and caring manner.  I've worked with several data companies in my nearly 25 year history of operation and can definitively tell that no list is 100% accurate, no business can make 100% of their clients 100% satisfied, and mistakes happen.  Our first list purchase from US Data had some errors associated with it and at first I thought I had too fallen victim to another internet company scam, however, I called Ross and explained the situation and why I was displeased.  He immediately began working on a resolution that would make us happy.  I was very pleased to see how quickly I was not only refunded my money for the incorrect records, but also issued a credit towards the purchase of our next list that doubled the amount of records that were incorrect for our campaign.  It is because of this customer service and the hard work of Ross that we decided to try them once again.  We have had little to no issues with any list purchased since, and will continue to use US Data's services to help my company grow and succeed in these hard economic times.  To all those reading this complaint, understand it's all to easy to hide behind a computer screen and throw out false accusations.  I am by no means the largest customer US Data has, yet we have been treated as if we were from the very beginning.  In my opinion, there is no better lead generation company to work with than US Data, if you still have doubts, ask for Ross and I am confident that you will feel the same comfort and confidence I feel.
