Sir/Madam,

Husband's card was deactivated without his permission and extra charges for a new card were charged. Coamerica is the affilliate responsible for this error and refuses to take responsibility for their actions. This bank will not admit their mistake or acomidate the extra charges. They are a corrupt bank working with individuals in need of Social Security, who make charges on cards to pocket the extra change. BEWARE corrupt banks! Always request a paper check. If you have plastic, the amazing world of digital convenience makes it easy for banks to sell information and steal a person's identity.
