US Energy LLC , Mike Kelly Liars and Crooks Arizona Nationwide

 Hello, I worked for a company called US Energy LLC out of Arizona soliciting Solar Energy. They are a shady solar marketing company that changes their name frequently. I was told I would be paid within 21 days of every sale. This company let me go because of economical reasons and has refused to pay me stating a breach of contract that never happened , stating that I recruited and sold in their territory and for not returning their work binder. I know of three other people that have worked within this company and are worried the same is going to happen. Their contract is not enforceable , fraud , and have been avoiding my certified papers to sue them in small claims. After they're refusal they have contact my mom and sister threatening to kill them. They have defamed my name and call me at least a dozen times a day with their threats to hurt my family. They have told made fictitious remarks about me to other professionals that I know. They told the police that I threatened their family's but cannot provide any proof. Also they are encouraging their clients to commit tax fraud and defrauding a CPS in San Antonio. I have proof of all they're misgivings and none of the info I provided is false. DO NOT do business with these people or listen to their rebuttal Be very careful with dealing with their manager , Jorge Ballinger sales manager Cary Dainton and the company manager Mike Kelly. They are very very bad people. !
