The company put a false accident on my DAC report back in June 2011. I told and showed one of the guys in the Safety department the warning DOT inspection slip I received but it was never copied and he handed it right back to me. So I put in a rebuttal statement on my DAC report but that didn't help me wwork finding steady work.
I finally went to DACfix.com and they said that the report was taken off so I started looking for trucking jobs again recently. Now a company that I want to get rehired on with today said that the company still has it in their records. So I'm having to go through this same merry-go-round again.
I'll be contacting this company and the people said they fixed my report to see if anything can be done. Good luck to anybody trying to get a trucking job. Just don't go to this company.
