I kept receiving calls from a foreign man claiming I had received a loan for 300 from US Fast Cash and never repaid them.  I hung up the first few times and ignored it because I know I have never gotten a loan from them. They quit calling for a couple of weeks then I got another call today claiming the same thing.

They kept asking if I had an attorney so they can send the information to him.  I said no, I don't have an attorney and don't need one because you are a liar.  I have proof your allegations are false and you need to leave me alone.  They could not speak english well and had a heavy accent.  I asked to speak with someone who knew proper english and could slow down while speaking (at this point I was furious over the 7 calls back to back).  They switched me over to someone who spoke worse english and alluded that he was an attorney and I was being sued over this matter.

I got verbally "unprofessional" with them because they were calling my cell phone and my work phone and they said this call is being monitored and I told them I didn't care if it was monitored, I wanted it to be that way someone has proof you're harassing me.  They threatened that I would be arrested on Monday at my job unless I settled the debt.  When I asked them to send ME some information, they claimed they could not and hung up on me and told me never to call them back.

You could also call the slumdog rat eaters! Be prepared to hear language you never heard before!

I also like the previous poster's answer, too.

Have used US Fast Cash with No Problems

AUTHOR: Mischelle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 23, 2011

I have used this company more than once, and have only had courtesy from them.  I never get a person who is foreign or has a strong accent.

I have had an occasion when I could not pay my last payment because I lost my job, and they worked with me, and even waived the late fees so I could pay my balance off, instead of it continuing to accumulate.  They did call me, but left messages asking me to call back.  They never threatened me, and they thanked me for returning the call.

I have had other callers in the last three or four years (mostly on my cell phone), claiming to be other payday loan companies (which I have never used) or attorney offices, back offices of a law firm, and even the Florida state attorney office.  These people are all foreign, and when you ask to speak to a supervisor, the same person comes on and gives you another name.  They scream, they threaten, and the tell you if you don't pay, only God can help you.  I had one tell me that if I did not pay, they would have police waiting at my door the next morning with handcuffs to take me to court for my trial.   Since I never used any company other than US Fast Cash and was paid in full with them, I just laughed and said OK and hung up.

Want to have a little fun with them?  Next time, call the number back after blocking your number, then make up a "government sounding" agency that sounds like it could be real, tell them you are an agent, give them a random "badge" number, and ask for the CEO or president of the company's name, their physical address, and the name of the person you are speaking with.  Tell them you are investigating claims of fraudulent activity coming from that phone number.  Usually they will hang up quicker than you can say uncle.  If they ask for your number, give them the state attorney office or something like that.  Put a scare in them.

These people are definitely scammers, since I did not ever take loans out with them, much less default on them.  Further, they had my personal information, to try to prove their validity.  None of these people had anything to do with US Fast Cash.

I wonder if the scammers are now using the names of legitimate companies to do their business?  The stories I have read here indicate a type of behavior I have never experienced with US Fast Cash.   If you have never had any dealings with US Fast Cash and someone calls and  says they are them, my bet is that scammers are using that name because they know it is a real company.

they continue

AUTHOR: notscared - (United States of America)

I blocked the callers from my number and they continue to obtain other numbers in which to call me.  Now it is a lady named Suzanne, so she says.  She proceeds to say she has called me several times and I have 2 hours to call her back or suffer the legal consequences.
