I have personally had a loan with this company.  They sent me the correct documents, showed the outrageous interest rate and the effective APR, and set up payments of $90.  They were clear with me that that was the interest only, and that I could pay a portion of the balance down each payment, if I notified them at least 3 days in advance, and that after the 4th payment of $90, the next withdrawal would be for $90 plus $50 of the balance.  Additional interest payments would be based on the lower balance, until I paid the balance off. 

This was a high interest loan but it worked for me for the time I needed.  My last payment failed to clear because I didn't get my check in time, and they worked with me to pay it off so that I would not have anything against me.

That being said, for those who have had trouble with them, here is a link to the BBB in OK where they have been reported.  It has their address, phone numbers, and other information, as well as notes that this may be run by an indian tribe and if so, may not be subject to licensing laws.  I recommend that you look at this if you have issues with them, as it might help you find a contact to help you resolve your problems.  http://www.bbb.org/tulsa/business-reviews/loans/usfastcash-in-miami-ok-38001814

Did you co-sign for the loan your daughter had? If you did and she filed BK on it then you owe it. Them harassing you is not legal but unless it is taped (legally) then it is hard to prove. Hopefully your daughter did not leave you with this debt........
