US Fast Cash Stopping US Fast Cash......Need Your Help!!! Miami Oklahoma

In 2005 I also did business with US Fast Cash, the payments were not taken as agreed upon they took them by the end of the month or by the first of the month. Mt check comes on the 3rd. They overdrew my account so much that my bills were getting behind and I had no money for anything even groceries.

In 2006, after daily calls rom them, I took my contract to an attorney. I was told that the "contract is not a valid contract, that it was a scam and that I did not have to pay the money back." I had already paid back the initial amount of the loan. He suggested changing banks, which I did, and ignoring their calls that I did not have to talk to these people. That was 3 years ago. I am still getting the phone calls daily wanting $240.00 for service fees and interest on the account.

At this time I would like to encourage all of you that have had bad dealings with this company to do the following as I did. Please, contact ftc.gov. This will take you to a website to file your complaint about this company the more complaints they receive the sooner they will be investigated. How do I know this, you may be wondering? I have searched the web and made phone calls looking for help in shutting them down. Finally, last week I was transfered to the Bureau of Financial Institutions. The lady I talked with informed me that they have send numberous registered letters and faxes to these people ALL were ignored. The letters were returned and the faxes unanswered. She said they only way to stop them is to get more people to file complaints with the FTC. The more they get they closer we are in stopping US Fast Cash.
