I called fidelis on 3/20/09 to get a price they told me I would have to put down 299.00 then pay 181.00 a month for 18 months interest free. I found them to be very abrut and rude. I told them that I needed a day or 2 to decide. they told me that could not call back they would put my name in a call back file so that would I wasn't able to get there services. She told me it was like if you go into a store to purchase a computer and I refused it then I could not go back to the store to purchase the warranty. So today 3/24/09 They called me back to say they wanted to discuss the new lower price on my quote. Please do not do business with them. They are fast talking rip offs.
They should be put out of business. I hope more people complain.
