Every sales agent signs an Agent Agreement that exactly outlines their payment terms. Our agents are paid accurately according to this document. We are in the sales business and not all sales agents are successful. While the large majority of our agents love their work with us, it isn't for everyone. Unfortunately that means some leave unhappy.

Our back end tracking system that keeps track of all sales/ commissions is highly accurate. If there is an error we have always sought to solve it in accordance with the Agent Agreement in a manner that is fair for all parties.

I had a representative from us first energy repeatedly visit me showing all sorts of documents from known sources stating that energy costs were going up and that comed had a guarenteed increase per kilowatt rate by 10 %. He stated that I would be saving a considerable amount by switching over to Suez Energy which he merely was repping for. I always make sure before signing any contract with any company that I can terminate the contract if I am unhappy. The rep assured me that there would only be a one time termination fee of $500 if I so decided to. To my shock energy costs did not go up and I was paying close to $1000 more per month now. I spent 4 weeks trying to contact reps from us first energy only to find out they no longer acted as reps for Suez energy. When I did reach a rep, he stated he knew of only a one time termintaion fee, however when Suez was contacted they stated that it would cost me over $35,000 to cancel my 3 year policy. US FIRST ENERGY scammed me into signing the contract by stating wrong termintaion policies and now I'm married to Suez for the next 3 years. I've also come to find out that the rep I had dealt with has quit us first energy. So in ending do not allow these companies to sell you other company's contracts for you ultimately are signed with the comany not with a rep trying to get a signature bonus under his belt.
