US GOV AUCTIONS. NET Unauthorized Debit Card Charges Tamarac, Fl 33321-2916 , Florida

I registered for a 7 day trial for US Gov auction for $1.00 to find a car auction, but every time i tried i was redircted to ebay so i amedeatly called and canceled my trial and was told dont go back to the website or it would void out cancelation of my  trial and would  be charge for the membership...So i turned my back on it and shortly after i saw a charge on my debit card for 39.80 so i call them back and once again they said they would credit it back to my account and i forgot about it trying to trust them...Today i got another charge of 39.80 and looked into it and found the never stopped charging me and they have no info of me on file except my debit card info and this last charge does not have an address of phone or contact number with it which i call sneaky....
