US Graphic Arts, Inc ,US Screen Printing Institute Screen Printers. Net Total Rip Off, broken promises, sold inferior product and deceived the public Tempe Arizona

We purchased a TJET 3 from US Screen and have had nothing but problems since the day we received it. I have records of emails and phone calls back and forth with their tech department and have expressed my concerns with Mr Fresener personally at the ISS Shows. The tech department have tried everything but they have not been able to get my T-Jet 3 up and running properly.

Problems with banding, the white was not as bright, dull colors (if I try to print a second pass of color it will not register, and improper registration overall with white and color. We have tried everything from following specific instructions on cleaning to re-drawing the images, to trying new ink to changing the print head. One of the techs even logged into my computer to check
settings with no results. But nothing seems to work. There is still banding and is totally incapable of printing on dark and light garments.

Bottom line, they sold us a bad machine and gave us false promises for too long. I have never been able to work with it. This has been a real burden on us financially. We have stopped making payments of almost $1100 a month for the lease since this printer has not generated any sort of income since day one. We have spent over $20,000 to date and still have a few more years for the lease to be satisfied. I understood that US Screen offered a 30 money back guarantee but they never honored it.

I feel cheated! They sold me a product that doesn't work and have been giving me the runaround for too long. Recently their representatives, Justin Ferris and Nate Watkins offered to have the TJET3 picked up and returned it to us like new at their expense. But I have soon learned that they have gone out of business and yet another broken promise, they failed to pick it up. I have all the documentation showing my efforts to resolve this issue with no positive results.

I have placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Arizona, but for some odd reasons, your company refuses to respond to letters from them or myself.
