On spet 12 2002 a call came to my home telling me that i am approved for the master card.They took my bank address and my detials.Told me some one will call you after 30 minutes for secuirty purpose.The person also told me that i will receive my card on 26 sept 2002.

Therefor I waited till 5th oct 2002 but i didn't recived my card.I tried calling them but the number is was wrong.It was 416-2893634 and its bell canada's number. Then i tried finding on internet and gone through rip-off. I couldn't believe on my eyes what i am reading. Is there any chances of refund because the amount of 199 is taken out from my bank. I don't know what to do.
