US Guardian ripoff Closter New Jersey

I received a call from US Guardian sometime in August and was promised a Mastercard with a $2000 limit for a one time fee of $199. The funds were withdrawn from my account on 9/11. The agent who I spoke to originally said I would recive my card by */29 so I could withdraw the funds fromt he credit card to put in my bank to cover the US Guardian's withdrawal.

Of course that did not happen and on 9/13 I called an 800 number I received from bank only to be told that my card would not be here for 10-15 working days. I waited that alloted time and still no credit card. Called the 800 number back again and was told that I would receive my Mastercard on October 11th.

I received a package----not a credit card---today November 18th. Still no credit card and a package that is totally useless to me. For those folks who want the 800 number, it is: 1-800-787-1583. You must call promptly at 9 EST to talk to anyone and they never return your call. This company needs to be stopped and exposed on national television and everyone involved prosecuted.
