I started with this company back in March of 2018. At the time I turned over about $10k word of debt that was in collections. This company claimed they would institute a process with invalidates your debts charging the customer 35 percent of the total debt they handled. They automatically debit those payment over the course of a year (12 payments). I was initially told I would start seeing change in my credit scores within 3 months. Nothing happend. I was then told within 5-8months the debts that I enrolled with them would be ready to be cleared. All I had to do is download the documents on their site and mail those in to the 3 credit reporting bureau agencies with copies of my credit report highlighting which debts I wanted to dispute for clearance. On my eighth month with US Hardship Group, with all payments being made on time I called in to make sure two of the three debts I enrolled were in fact ready for paperwork to be mailed out. They ensured those two debts were eligible for me to proceed. I sent all of the necessary paperwork in and the 3 bureau replied stating all of the disputed dates were in fact valid and would remain on my reports. I requested my refund back on December 6th and was told it would take up to 30 days to process. Today I called to inquire on the status of my refund. After they debited some 9 payments from my account over the course of the program equally up to roughly $2,750 they declared I was only approved to recieve one payment of $250 back because they performed a lot of work. What work did they perform? There were no results and my credit report is as derogatory as it was since before I started the program. My credit scores actually took a dive. I want a COMPLETE REFUND for their incompetence surrounding my accounts they were to handle. I was totally ripped off and I'm urging anyone who's inquiring about this company to NOT MOVE FORWARD with them.
