I am filing a report against US HEALTH DISCOUNT SVC. I was given an opportunity to purchace AFTER I received the insurance papers However, I made a fatal mistake and gave my credit card number. They charged me but the papers never did come for my approval. I want others to be aware to NEVER GIVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING ON APPROVAL they have you.......I was in process of moving and getting married and I misplaced by billing receipt. I did not realize that I had been charged until my two months time was up to dispute a claim.....
MY fault...........I would like information if this company ever did exist. Please forward any information that you might have on the information I provided.
