US Homes and their mortgage company UAMC, delivered the worst customer experience regarding a home purchase that I've ever had...and I own 6 houses. They promised a contribution towards my closing costs which they later declined to deliver. They failed to return COUNTLESS phone calls and emails. UAMC, the mortgage company for US Homes/Lennar, lost all of my paper work on more than one occasion. The contract said I would receive a best buy gift card for $999, and I'm still waiting for it 6 months later.
If you're buying in Florida, or in any state that Lennar/US Homes does business, please seek another property. You will be sorry you decided to do business with them. 6 months later, I'm still waiting for over $3,000 they owe me. BUYER BEWARE !! You have many choices in today's market for homeownership.
