This company calls you and gets someone to tell them the brand and model of your copier and then sends you toner for it.  They then bill you an outrageous amount for the toner.  In our case, they billed us $179.00 for a toner cartridge that you can buy for $50.   They call up and demand that you pay for the invoice and provide evidence of you receiving the UPS package. 

They get the name of the person that they taked to about what brand and model copier you have and put the name on the packing slip and invoice so it seems legitimate.

When I called them, they said that we ordered the toner and that we gave them a PO #.  In my compnay our toner is included is part of our  copier service agreement so there is no need fo us to order toner and we don't use PO numbers. 

I would advise you not to give out information over the phone about your copier or printers and to refuse any toner that shows up that you didn't order.

This company is probably doing this for years as I saw the same as national imaging in NJ/ NY..
