US-Leads Promises ready set appointments for you if you are in the insurance business. They promise that they will send you ready set appointments with people who are awaiting your arrival to talk about life insurance. 

First of all, to start they will only accept a minimum of a twenty lead order and will only accept a prepayment with no credit card. That why when you realize its a scam you are out the money. This is what I was sent.

All of our Final Expense prospects have the below criteria: 

 • Verified to have a Checking or a Savings account

• Prospects are between 60-80 years old.

• We will verify their income level

• Confirm what current Life Insurance coverage they have

Final Expense Appointments: (Average Closing/Funding is about 40% or more)

 (Minimum order of 20 appointment purchase)

 • $34.00 per appointment; (with health prescreening)

• $29.00 per appointment; (no health screening)

• $29.00 per phone lead; (with health prescreening)

• $24.00 per phone lead; (no health screening)

I purchased 20 leads at $29.00 each. I was supposed to receive leads for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. They promise to send your leads the night before. The first day I was supposed to receive leads was Monday. The email never came. Apparently my check had not cashed yet so they wanted to make sure I didn't realize it was a scam yet. They assured me that this was a one time occurence and it would not happen again.

Wednesday night came and 6 leads arrived as were ordered. On Thirsday I went out to meet with the people that had supposedly aggreed to a meeting. The first two said the exact same thing. They said that they could not understand anything that the caller was saying. They all claimed that the caller had an indian accent. All of them said that they did not agree to a meeting. After that, not wanting to waste any more time I called the other four leads. All four had the same response. On top of that, the information on the leads were wrong. four out of the six people were over 80 even though the lead said that they a different age.

An email was sent asking for a full refund. They responded wanting me to send in a feedback form so that they could evaluate the situation like they didn't already know what was going on. I played along and sent the feedback form. No response. 

Thursday night they had the nerve to send another six leads. This time I decided to call all of them ahead of time. As expected they all said the same thing.

I have given them ample time to refund my money and they don't care. 

I have contacted the police in the area and have them involved. They say that there are others that have been scammed as well but are waiting to see if they get their money back before proceeding. If anyone else has been scammed by this company, please post and I will get you in touch with the officer handling the case.
